Pricing guide
How much does an AI receptionist cost?
AI receptionist prices are difficult to compare because some products charge by minutes, some by callers, and developer platforms separate orchestration from voice, transcription, models, and telephony. CallXell uses fixed monthly minute bundles.
| CallXell plan | Monthly price | Included minutes | Effective rate at full use |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $59/month | 250 | $0.24/minute |
| Starter | $99/month | 500 | $0.20/minute |
| Growth | $249/month | 2,500 | $0.10/minute |
| Scale | $749/month | 10,000 | $0.07/minute |
Effective rates assume the full included allowance is consumed. Paying for a plan but using fewer minutes produces a higher realized cost per used minute.
What the subscription includes
Every paid CallXell plan includes the AI voice receptionist, a managed phone setup, Google Calendar booking, and call summaries. Customers do not need to establish separate accounts with infrastructure vendors for these core functions.
Renewed plans can carry unused monthly minutes into one additional cycle, capped at 25% of the renewed plan allowance. A 5% emergency grace allowance is deducted from the next renewal.

How to compare providers fairly
Compare the complete operational cost—not a headline platform rate. Check whether the quoted price includes a phone number, carrier charges, speech recognition, voice generation, language-model usage, transfers, integrations, support, and the time required to maintain the system.
Also verify the billing unit. A service priced by unique callers cannot be converted to a minute price without assumptions about how frequently and how long each customer calls.
