The agreement

By creating an account or using CallXell, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

CallXell provides an AI voice receptionist that answers calls, qualifies leads, books appointments, and delivers summaries on your behalf. We try our best to keep it running 24/7 but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime.

Your account

  • You must be 18 or older and authorised to act on behalf of your business.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for the content you add to your knowledge base and the instructions you give the AI.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use CallXell to:
  • Make unsolicited outbound calls (cold-calling, robocalls, spam).
  • Impersonate a human in ways that violate local consent laws.
  • Collect sensitive data (medical, financial, legal) without proper safeguards on your end.
  • Resell the service without our written permission.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually based on the option you select. Minutes are deducted from your balance per call, rounded up to the nearest second. If your balance hits zero, the AI will inform callers and the service will pause until you top up. Refunds are handled case-by-case — email us within 14 days of a charge if something is wrong.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. We don't auto-prorate refunds for partial months, but your service will continue until the end of your billing period.

Service limitations

The AI is a tool, not a perfect human. It can make mistakes — misunderstand a caller, misquote a price, or book the wrong slot. You are responsible for reviewing call summaries and following up. We are not liable for business decisions made based solely on AI output.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallXell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 3 months.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in the dashboard before they take effect.
